E-Commerce Expert – UX/UI & Optimization (m/f)

We are expanding our team due to increased demand.

We are working on Symfony, Vue, Flutter and native based flagship product – ihreapotheken.de. We use Gitlab, peer code reviews, Docker and automated deploys to Kubernetes.

Place of work: Zaprešić or remote

Key responsibilities

You will conduct a detailed analysis of existing user journeys on the e-commerce platform, identify key drop-off points, and implement solutions to improve conversion rates
Develop and implement UX/UI solutions that will enable easier and more efficient navigation, reduce friction in the purchasing process, and create an intuitive user experience
Assist in shaping content and marketing strategies that will guide users through the sales funnel and increase engagement
Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, and data analysis) to implement the latest optimization practices and strategies based on data and user feedback
Define, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
Create regular reports and presentations on insights, optimization impact, and further recommendations

Required skills and knowledge

Strong experience in UX/UI design with proven success in the e-commerce sector
Deep understanding of digital commerce communication and user experience optimization across the entire sales funnel
Knowledge of e-commerce systems, optimization tools, and data analytics platforms
Analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions
Ability to present results and recommendations clearly and persuasively
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
