Mid UX Researcher & Product Designer (m/f)

We are expanding our team due to increased demand.

We are working on Symfony and Vue based flagship product – ihreapotheken.de. We use Gitlab, peer code reviews, Docker and automated deploys to Kubernetes.

Place of work: Zaprešić or remote

Key responsibilities

Conducting user research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations
Analyzing research data and synthesizing findings into actionable insights for product development
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
Facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solve design challenges
Conducting usability testing to evaluate and refine product designs
Contributing to the product vision and roadmap based on research insights
Advocating for user-centered design practices within the organization

Required skills and knowledge

Proficiency in user research methodologies and data analysis techniques
Strong UX, including basic wireframing and prototyping, and visual design
Good knowledge in Figma
Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles
Understanding of usability testing methods and techniques
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
Ability to create user personas and journey maps
Strong analytical skills to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share research findings and design concepts
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex design challenges
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English

Additional advantage(s)

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with AI and ML tools to enhance data analysis and provide insights into user behavior
