Senior Marketing Account Manager (m/f)

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Account Manager to build strong client relationships, manage projects end-to-end, and align campaigns with client goals.

We are working on marketing campaigns for our main client and our flagship project ihreapotheken.de. Marketing campaigns include but are not limited to: Brochures, flyers, posters, billboards and other print materials, digital design, banners and animations.

Job description

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring requirements are met
Oversee and manage projects from initial briefing to final delivery, including planning, budgeting, and meeting deadlines
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns align with client expectations and adhere to creative guidelines
Provide expert guidance to clients and proactively suggest innovative ideas and solutions to support their business objectives
Analyze campaign performance and report results to clients, including actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to keep clients ahead of their competition

Required skills and knowledge

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in client and project management within advertising agencies or related industries
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong focus on relationship-building and problem-solving
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, advertising tools, media, and creative processes
Initiative, proactivity, and creativity in addressing challenges and driving client success
Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar is an advantage
Fluency in English and Croatian; fluency in German is a plus
