Flutter Team Lead (m/f)
Join us as a Flutter Team Lead to build high-performance mobile apps, guide your development team, and deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Main responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications across multiple platforms, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and usability
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring project alignment with client goals
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing issues promptly and providing comprehensive solutions and updates
- Manage projects effectively, including planning, assigning, and monitoring tasks
- Make timely and effective decisions to ensure the delivery of software solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with all team members
- Collaborate with other team leads to align projects and team goals
- Lead and mentor team members, encouraging their professional growth and enhancing their skills
- Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team environment
- Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, and maintain high coding standards
Required skills and knowledge
- 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years in Flutter
- Expertise in Flutter SDK, Dart, mobile architecture (Clean Architecture, DDD) and state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, networking (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, Git, Flutter Flavors, and app publishing processes
- Native platform knowledge (iOS or Android basics)
- Published Flutter projects (apps) you’ve created
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a mobile development team
- Ownership of technical direction, code quality, and delivery outcomes
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and timelines
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent communication with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives
- Proficient in both written and spoken English language
Additional advantage(s)
- Knowledge of code testing tools (unit & integration tests in Flutter)
- Understanding of AI concepts and their implementation in mobile apps
- Familiarity with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
